A public Shopify app that sends orders straight to a courier service and brings tracking back into the store.

The challenge

Merchants were copying customer and address details from Shopify into the courier portal by hand. It was slow, easy to get wrong, and tracking numbers rarely made it back to the customer.

What we built

  • Embedded admin app inside Shopify, built with Remix
  • One-click and bulk dispatch from the order screen
  • Courier waybill and tracking number written back to the Shopify order
  • Webhooks keep order and delivery status in sync automatically
